Anti-Spam Policy

Simple Closure Inc. (“Simple Closure”) does not send, and does not permit anyone to send, unsolicited commercial email advertising simpleclosure.com or our services. This policy applies to Simple Closure employees and contractors, to vendors who send email on our behalf, and to participants in our referral and partner programs.
How We Email
- We send marketing email only to people who have an existing relationship with us, such as customers, people who contacted us or booked a call with our team, and people who signed up on our website.
- We never buy, rent, or scrape email lists.
- Every marketing email identifies Simple Closure, includes our postal address, and contains a working unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe requests are honored promptly.
- Transactional email, such as sign-in links and account notices, is sent only to registered users of our Services.
Partners and Referrers
Participants in our referral and partner programs may not promote Simple Closure using unsolicited email, purchased or scraped lists, or any other form of spam, and must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and all other applicable laws, as set out in our Terms of Service. Anyone who violates this policy will be removed from the program.
Reporting Abuse
If you receive unsolicited email that mentions Simple Closure, please forward it with full headers to nimrod@simpleclosure.com. We investigate every report.
